Colombia Las Esmeraldas Decaf 
Las Esmeraldas coffee, from Huila, is produced solely by female producers using traditional methods to process and produce high quality coffees. To decaf this coffee, it goes through a natural sugar cane decaf process. This process uses ethyl acetate, a natural compound derived from non-GMO Colombian sugarcane and mountain water, to remove the caffeine while maintaining integrity, sweetness, and flavor of the coffee. This decaffeination process takes 24hrs.
