Named after our Frenchbull dog, Cleo Roasting is brought to you by the same team behind Cavo Coffee. Located in West University, next door to our second Cavo Coffee location, our large glass windows allow you to get a view of our coffee lab in action.

Quality- Coffee roasting is a science and a craft. We prioritize education for our team in order to delve into the scientific properties of our coffee in order to bring out the best qualities of each cup brewed.
Fair trade- It is important to Cleo that we know where our beans were sourced and that the farmers were fairly compensated for their years of labor invested into their beans.
